MOST
IMPORTANT DAY OF MY LIFE
11-2-2010
Richard Salbato
The title of this Newsletter is going to aggravate a lot of
people until they read on, because we have primary moments of importance in
life, birth, faith, death, vocation, birth of children and grandchildren, and we
will be judged on our faith, vocation and children.
However, every few hundred years there comes a world changing
event, and God sets out people with the courage to fight for justice and
truth. A few people, very few, have stepped
forth to found the Christian faith; a few people stepped forth to found the
United States of America, and although their primary job was their families,
they will be remembered forever for how they stepped up to the challenge when a
history changing event was placed into their hands.
We are now coming to one of those events that will not only save
or loose America,
but will save the world or loose it - including Christianity. Often in the past it has been very brave
individuals who stepped forth, like Saint Paul, Constantine, Charlemagne, Pepin, St. Thomas More,
Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln,
Churchill or John Paul II.
I have lived through some major historical events, World War II,
the Vietnam War, the Korean War, the Baltic War, the Panama War, the Granada
War, the Cuban standoff, the Falcón Island War, the two Iraq wars, and the Afghanistan
war. I survived the Carter Presidency,
Vatican II, and the crash of the market in 2008.
Only a few times in my life have I found myself in the time and
place to step forward and be counted: saved a woman from drowning, another from
being rapped, and had an order of nuns fired.
But the most important thing I was ever involved in was not an
individual thing but a mass movement.
On November 2,
2010 I will be a Poll Watcher
Years ago I found myself right in the middle of the People Power
of the Philippines. I was at polling places were people were
praying on their knees as people came to vote and others were watching for vote
stealing. I was there to stop some goons
from stealing an entire ballot box. I
was there to see the Computer counters of ballots walk out in protest because
the counting was rigged. I was there
when the government brought out the tanks to stop the protests of the rigged
election and I watched the people back down the army and take over the country. This people power of the Philippines started the mass world wide revolution
that took down 87 dictatorships including Russia over the next 15 years.
I am going to be a pole watcher and hope there is a mass movement
for pole watchers across the nation and maybe even a pole watcher web site,
because of what happened in the 2008 elections.
I have already written about the fraud and vote stealing in the primary
between Clinton and Obama –
Did Hilary Really Win the Election?
Eighteen Months later we are only now hearing about how the New Black Panther Party
intimidated voters with military suits and weapons. Where was the news media during these elections? See Note
One
below.
Now we are learning that there was fraud in the election
of Al Franken. We now know he did not win that
election and yet his victory is what got the Health Care Bill passed. Without
this fraud we would not have a health care bill.
Will the Justice Department investigate these crimes? You know the answer so we cannot let it
happen again. See Note Two below that will include many more voter
frauds in the last election to the point of being the worst in American history.
The Three Reasons
November 2, 2010 is so important
This is the most important election since the Constitutional
Convention and even more important than the bad election of Hitler. The reason for this is the very heart of the
constitution is about to be destroyed.
1. We are facing The RULE
OF LAW VS. The RULE OF PEOPLE.
Throughout history people have always been ruled by people and
usually by force. For the first time in
history a group of people came up with the idea of equality under the law,
written law.
Because this gave us absolute certainty what the rules were, we
became the most prosperous nation in history.
In order to take the rule of written law from the people and give it to
people, the governments, (state and federal), have created a trick called
GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
The best way to explain this is the Health Care Bill. In this bill there are 1,200 laws that have
not been written yet and never will be.
They are given to government agencies to decide issue by issue and
therefore doctors and hospitals have no idea what this bill will cost
them. According to an English Newspaper
we have created more new agencies in America
in the last 18 months than all the rest of the history of America.
In the new Financial Bill (Finreg)
there are over 1000 regulations that will be decided by Agencies later on. Businesses have almost two trillion dollars
of excess money in the bank they would like to put to work but they do not know
what the rules of business are going to be.
These agencies all have offices, staffs and never end. The congress has no idea who they are and how
many agencies there are. Each year they
vote for the money in what they call the budget and add a cost of living
increase to the agencies they have no idea exist or what they do. I have written about the agencies I would do
away with and that is most of them, but the best way to explain this is to show
you why California
is going broke.
In Note Three below you will
see California’s
agencies. Once all laws are implemented by
agencies there is no more constitution.
2. No umpires
The one thing the government should be doing is enforcing the
written law. But what has happened? Think of an umpire behind the plate to call
balls and strikes but is sleeping. This
is what happened to the financial market and the gulf oil disaster. The umpires were sleeping. You had seen the news about them spending six
and seven hours a day on porn web sites and attending parties given by oil
companies. You have BP with 700 safety violations
in one year and nothing done about it.
3. If America
fails the world fails
America is the
financial capital of the world, and if we fail the world fails. America is the military power of
the world and if we fail the world is unprotected. If you do not believe that
consider that England
had 890 military ships at their peak of power and now have 54 military ships –
total. You can say the same about every
other nation in the world except Russia,
China, Israel, and Iran.
Proposed 28th
Amendment to the United
States Constitution
One thing most do not know about the laws passed in Washington, is that no
member of the Federal Government are obliged to follow any of these laws: not
the health care laws, not the financial laws, not the hate crime laws, not any
laws. And that includes all their staffs
and agencies. In fact, a sexually abused
staff member cannot sue in the court system.
We need this Amendment.
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the
citizens of the United States
that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and,
Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives
that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ."
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, as
many as 35 percent of the eligible Americans are not registered to vote -
that's 45 to 65 million people! Less than half of the voting-age population
actually votes in any given election.
This is the most important election since Abraham Lincoln and less than
half of us will even bother to vote. If you do not vote and America goes
bankrupt, who will you blame?
We
Need Jefferson
Again
John
F. Kennedy held a dinner in the white House for a group of the brightest minds
in the nation at that time. He made this statement:
"This is perhaps the assembly of the most
intelligence ever to gather at one time in the White House with the exception
of when Thomas Jefferson dined
alone."
“The democracy will cease to exist when you
take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would
not.”
Thomas
Jefferson
“It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it
goes A principle which if acted on would
save one-half the wars of the world.”
Thomas
Jefferson
“I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from
wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of
them.”
Thomas
Jefferson
“My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from
too much government.”
Thomas
Jefferson
“No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.”
Thomas
Jefferson
“The strongest reason for the people to retain
the right to keep and bear arms
is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”
Thomas
Jefferson
“The tree of liberty must
be refreshed from time to time with the blood of
patriots and tyrants.”
Thomas
Jefferson
“To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas
which he
disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.”
Thomas
Jefferson
'I believe that banking
institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than
standing armies. If the American people ever allow private
banks to control the issue of their
currency, first by inflation, then by deflation,
the banks and corporations that will
grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property - until their children wake-up homeless on the
continent their fathers conquered.'
Thomas Jefferson in 1802:
Note One:
Just one month
after three members of the New Black Panther Party were cleared of any wrongdoing in a 2008 voter
intimidation case, the organization’s chairman announced that the New Black Panthers aren’t done harassing people
for no apparent reason.
In a videotaped interview with Mediaite’s Tommy
Christopher, NBPP Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz said, “[Beck] can bring his Tea Party, and we’ll
bring our party, and we’ll see Glenn Beck.”
Shabazz is referring to a rally that Beck will lead on August 28 at the
Lincoln Memorial—the same day and place of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s famous “I have a dream” speech.
“Glenn Beck should not be allowed to have this rally,”
Shabazz told Christopher. “Glenn Beck is a sneaky
little devil, and he does sneaky things, and tries to portray that he’s
really not the neo-racist that he really is. And for him to go and to secure
the Lincoln Memorial on Dr. King’s birthday will meet not only opposition from
civil rights leaders, but it’s going to meet direct opposition from the New
Black Panther Party.”
In other words:
Standing on the shoulders of giants is a privilege, not a right; the keepers of
said privilege are separatist thugs, not visionaries.
Such
intimations of violence are rather commonplace among members of the National
Black Panther Party. King Samir Shabazz,
the chairman of the NBPP’s Philadelphia chapter and
the subject of the aforementioned DOJ investigation, told National Geographic that considering all that white
people had done to blacks, “there’s no reason why I should still be
walking around in 2008 talking about, ‘Let us all fight the struggle together.’”
Note Two
The group that
uncovered evidence of large-scale illegal voting by felons in Minnesota's contested 2008 Senate race says the
whole mess might have been prevented if the federal government had just done
its job.
The federal government is required under the Civil Rights Act and the Help
America Vote Act to make sure that states purge their voter rolls of ineligible
voters — the dead, those who have moved, felons, undocumented immigrants, etc.
— and to ensure that elections are administered
and conducted fairly, said Dan McGrath, executive director of Minnesota
Majority.
But the conservative watchdog group's review of Minnesota's voting records found that the
government apparently did not fulfill that obligation in the state in 2008,
which in turn affected the number of voters whose ballots were counted -- and
possibly the outcome of the dead-heat election.
The group's recently published report found that hundreds of felons voted
in the election in which Al Franken, a Democrat, beat then-incumbent Republican
Sen. Norm Coleman by just 312 votes out of more than 3 million cast -- a margin
that was determined after six months of legal challenges and recounts.
The report, using public election records, state felony conviction
documents and hand-sorted searches of voting rosters, found “irrefutable
evidence” that hundreds of felons voted illegally in the election, and that the
number of felons whose votes were wrongly counted exceeded the margin by which
Franken beat Coleman.
“If the feds had done their job and ensured that the voting records were up to
date, things would have turned out very differently,” McGrath said.
McGrath charged that efforts to get the federal government involved, even
after the election, were met with a wall of silence, despite letters and a
meeting with the FBI.
“We sent two letters to the United States Justice Department detailing the
problem and met with the FBI, and nothing happened,” he said.
Among the early findings submitted to the
Department of Justice in the first letter, dated Nov. 17, 2008, were that
thousands more votes were cast than voter records supported, and that the
registration rolls contained thousands more voters who had died, moved away,
were registered at vacant lots or were undocumented aliens. Those charges, sent
to the Justice Department in the waning days of the Bush administration,
were supported by the former Minnesota Secretary of State, Mary Kiffmeyer, a Republican.
Two months later, "just as the administrations
were changing, we met with FBI agent Brian Kinney in our office and he went
through the documentation," McGrath continued. "When he left he said
he had enough to file a complaint. We never heard from him again.”
A second letter, sent in October 2009 as results of
the study began to emerge, also requested a federal investigation, It too was never answered.
E.K. Wilson, spokesman for the FBI in Minnesota, did not respond to calls to his
office or cell phone.
McGrath said Minnesota Majority's study hadn’t been able to pinpoint where
the problem lay in failing to keep the voting records up to date. He said that
there are three groups responsible for the effort. “Courts must notify the
secretary of state when someone is convicted of a felony, who then must notify
the counties of the conviction, and the county auditors must then update the
books. We are not sure where the fault lies,” he said.
“But if the federal government had paid attention, we wouldn’t have to ask
that question,” he said.
Minnesota isn’t the only state with deep electoral problems, said
Robert Pastor of American
University’s Center for
Democracy and Election Management. He said the management of elections in the U.S.
has become increasingly partisan, especially since the
disputed 2000 presidential election.
“We are worse than many Third World
countries,” Pastor said. “Having partisan election officials oversee election decisions makes those decisions suspect.”
Minnesota Majority says it does not want the 2008 election overturned, but
it wants to make sure the next election is less prone to fraud.
More fraud:
A
lesser-known provision also obliged the
states to ensure that no ineligible
voters were on the rolls — including
dead people, felons, and people who had
moved. Our current Department of Justice
is anxious to encourage the obligations
to get everyone registered, but
explicitly unwilling to enforce federal
law requiring states to remove the dead
or ineligible from the rolls.
In November 2009, the
entire Voting Section was invited to a
meeting with Deputy Assistant Attorney
General Julie Fernandes, a political
employee serving at the pleasure of the
attorney general. The purpose of the
meeting was to discuss Motor Voter
enforcement decisions.
The room was packed with
dozens of Voting Section employees when
she made her announcement regarding the
provisions related to voter list
integrity:
We have no interest
in enforcing this provision of the
law. It has nothing to do with
increasing turnout, and we are just
not going to do it.
Jaws dropped around the
room.
It is one thing to
silently adopt a lawless policy of
refusing to enforce a provision of
federal law designed to bring integrity
to elections. It is quite another to
announce the lawlessness to a room full
of people who have sworn an oath to
fairly enforce the law.
Worse yet, it is a broken
campaign promise by Barack Obama, and
I’m sure he would not be happy to have
heard the announcement. After all, his
Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez has
been traveling around the country
bashing the Bush-era Department of
Justice. Perez says as often as he can:
Those who had been
entrusted with the keys to the
division treated it like a buffet
line at the cafeteria,
cherry-picking which laws to
enforce.
Yet at this meeting, Ms.
Fernandes openly relished her time at
the buffet line in the Voting Section
cafeteria.
The problem with this
sort of lawlessness, apart from the fact
that it is becoming a trend in this
administration, is that it nullifies the
important compromise that Congress
reached in 1993. Greater access to
registration came by turning welfare
agencies into voter registration
offices, but the law also included
provisions to ensure greater integrity.
It is a dangerous development for our
electoral system when one part of that
compromise is tossed overboard by a
bureaucrat.
It will be impossible for
this purportedly transparent
administration to deny this direction
was given. There were dozens of good
people in the room that I know care more
about the truth than about saving Ms.
Fernandes’ career.
Plus, the cases the
Justice Department has brought — or not
brought — corroborate the account: the
Department has not filed a single
case under the Motor Voter
provision where there are problems.
Are there problems with
list integrity? Yes, but that’s a story
for another article. Even worse than not
bringing cases, the Holder Justice
Department has dismissed a case against
Missouri that the previous
administration had started. In many
places in Missouri, there are more
voters than humans with a heartbeat old
enough to vote. Instead of fully
litigating the case to a favorable
outcome, the DOJ made it go away,
nicely, quietly, completely. Sound
familiar?
The blame-Bush instincts
of this administration will no doubt
lead to talk about all the cases the
Bush DOJ didn’t bring to open up public
welfare agencies to voter registration.
Good luck. I’d suggest citizens go
online and see the Section 7 NVRA, or
“Motor Voter,” cases that were commenced
under the Bush administration. Bush
brought voter registration cases under
Motor Voter against Arizona and
Illinois.
This Justice Department,
in contrast, has “cherry picked” which
parts of Motor Voter law they will
enforce. You wouldn’t think it has
anything to do with politics or the
upcoming elections, would you?

Executive Summary
•
Voter
fraud continues to plague our nation’s federal elections, diluting and canceling
out
the lawful votes of the vast majority of Americans.
•
Congress began to address the problem of voter fraud when it passed the Help
America
Vote Act (“HAVA”) in 2002, but much work is still necessary to
protect the election
process from those who would undermine our democracy.
•
First,
Congress should require that voters at the polls show photo identification.
o
Without genuine, photographic identification, the avenues for manipulation and
fraud by unscrupulous individuals will remain open to
exploitation.
o
Government at all levels should ensure fair access to government-issued photo
identification — not only for voting purposes, but so citizens
can better participate
in and contribute to mainstream economic and civic life.
•
Second, Congress should examine the
integrity of the voter registration process and the
ongoing failures of states to maintain accurate voter lists.
o
Current federal laws governing registration list maintenance prevent local
officials
from taking a zero-tolerance approach to voter fraud.
o
Congress should make certain that non-citizens are not illegally registering and
voting: only Americans should decide the results of American
elections.
•
Third, Congress should examine the
extent to which early and absentee voting increases
the likelihood of fraudulent votes being cast.
o
These
alternative voting options should have at least as many fraud-protection
safeguards as those available on Election Day.
o
Congress should examine how states conduct early and absentee voting and
determine whether legislation is necessary to protect voters
against vote dilution
through others’ fraud.
•
No
election-related legislation should proceed in this Congress unless these issues
receive
a thorough examination.

Note Four
I'm a legal American
citizen and I must show my ID when:
1. Pulled over
by the police.
2. Making purchases
on my department store credit card.
3. When I show up
for a doctor's appointment.
4. When filling out a credit card or loan application.
5 When applying for or renewing a driver's
license or passport.
6. When applying for any kind of insurance.
7. When filling out college applications.
8. When donating blood.
9. When obtaining certain prescription drugs.
10. When making
some debit purchases, especially if I'm out of state.
11. When collecting a
boarding pass for airline or train travel.
Note Five
If we, the people,
do take back congress, the first thing I would do is pass a Congressional
Procedure Law requiring a Line Item Vote.
Note Six
Canadian
Newsman predicts Obama will be impeached by Democrats or be a two year lamb
duck.
By Howard Galganov,
Montreal, Quebec , Canada
When
Obama won the Presidency with the help of the LEFTIST Media,Hollywood And
Entertainment Liberals, Ethnic Socialists (ACORN), Stupid Non-Business
Professionals and Bush Haters, I wrote: It won't take six months until
the People figure this guy out and realize how horrible a mistake they've
made.. And when they come to that realization, the damage to the United States of America will
be so great it will take a generation or more to repair - IF EVER.
The IDIOTS who not only voted for the Messiah, but also worked [hard] to
promote his Lordship, are now left holding the bag.
Here are two things they will NEVER do: They will NEVER admit to making a
Blunder out of all proportion by electing a snake-oil salesman with no Positive
social history or management experience of any kind. They will NEVER take
responsibility for the curse they've imposed upon the immediate and long-term
future of their country.
In essence, the people responsible for putting this horror show in power are
themselves responsible for every cataclysmic decision he makes and the
Consequences thereof.
In just six months, the Messiah's polls are showing the following: 1. On
Healthcare Reform - He's going under for the third time with polling well Under 50 percent, even within his own Party. Even
though he might be able to Muscle a Healthcare Reform Bill by using Chicago
BULLY tactics against his Fellow Democrats, it will just make things
worse. 2. On Cap and Trade (Cap and Tax) - The Fat-Lady is already
singing. 3. On the Stimulus Package (Tax and Spend) - His
popularity is in FREE-FALL. 4. On the TARP package he took and ran with
from President Bush - It's all but Good-Night Irene. 5. On the
closing of GITMO and "HIS" war on what he no longer wants called the
War On Terrorism - He's standing in quicksand
with his head just about to go under. 6. On a Comparison between himself
and George W. Bush at the same six months into Their
respective first term Presidencies - Bush is ahead of him in the Polls. 7. On a
comparison between He Who Walks On Water and the 12 preceding Presidents
between WW II and now - Obama ranks 10th. 8. On a Poll just Conducted,
that asks who would you vote for today between Obama and Mitt Romney -
It's a dead heat. Between Obama and Palin - Obama's ONLY ahead by 8
Points and she hasn't even begun to campaign. It seems to me that Obama
Wants to be everywhere where he shouldn't be.
He's personally invested in 'totally insulting' America 's
ONLY REAL Middle Eastern ally ( Israel ) in favor of
Palestinian Despots and Murderers. He's traveling the world apologizing
for the USA while
lecturing others on how to do it right, when in fact and truth he has no
experience at doing anything other than getting elected.
He went to the Muslim world in Egypt to
declare that America IS NOT A CHRISTIAN NATION while he heaped praises on
Islam, where he compared the "plight" of the Palestinians to
the Holocaust.
The Russians think he's a putz, The French think he's
rude.
The Germans want him to stop spending.
The Indians want him to mix his nose out of their environmental business.
The North Koreans think he's a joke, The Iranians won't acknowledge his calls.
And the British can't even come up with a comprehensive opinion of him.
As for the Chinese, he's too frightened to even glance their way. [After
All, China now
owns a large portion of the United States .]
Maybe if America's first Emperor would stay home more, travel less, and work a
little bit instead of being on television just about everyday or stop
running to "papered" Town Hall Meetings, perhaps he would have a
little bit of time to do the work of the nation.
In all fairness, it wasn't HARD to be RIGHT in my prediction concerning Obama's
presidency, even in its first six months, so I'm going to make yet another
prediction:
OBAMA WILL PROBABLY NOT FINISH HIS 4-YEAR TERM, at least not in a Conventional
way.
He is such a political HORROR SHOW, and so detrimental to the USA and his
Own Democratic Party, that the Democrats themselves will either FORCE him
to Resign or figure out a way to have him thrown out.
Who knows, maybe he really isn't a BORN US Citizen and that's a way the
Democrats will be able to get rid of him. [He is a citizen, but not a
naturalized citizen with both mother and father being US citizens.]
Or - MORE LIKELY THAN NOT, the Democrats will make Obama THEIR OWN LAME
DUCK PRESIDENT.
I don't believe the Democrats have nearly as much love for their country as
they do for their own political fortunes. And with Obama, their fortunes are
rapidly becoming toast.
