Thousands of years ago, the Philistines stole the Ark of the Covenant because of its power from God, and tried to use that power. A few years ago, the famous Icon of Our Lady of Fatima, the Official Pilgrim Virgin Statue, was stolen by John Haffert and given to the 101 Foundation to be mixed up with their false gods.
And now, the sacrilege of all sacrileges has been discovered. On December 8, 1992, so-called Bishop Hnilica illegally ordained five priests in Fatima, with the permission of the rector, a suspected Mason. The Bishop of the Diocese had no authority over the Fatima Shrine at the time. Four months later, on March 1, 1993 a letter was faxed to the rector at the Fatima shrine from the Blue Army in the U.S., authorizing the release of the Icon of Kazan, which was in a locked glass case inside the Byzantine Chapel at the Domis Pacis Hotel. The Icon of Kazan is one of the most valued Icons in the entire world. Supposedly it was secretly brought out of Russia during the Communist revolution in 1917, and ended up in England.
The Blue Army bought it for $5,000,000 dollars and moved it to Fatima for safe keeping.
The Icon of Kazan dates at least back to 1579, when it was unearthed from a garden. In a dream, a 9 year old girl named Matrona saw the image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and heard a voice commanding her to retrieve a holy Icon hidden in the ashes of a burned house. With assistance, the holy Icon was discovered wrapped in an old cloth under a stove. Presumably, it was most likely buried there during the persecution of the Tartars, when Christians were forced to conceal their faith.
After this dicscovery, the holy Icon was triumphantly transported to the nearest church, dedicated to St. Nicholas. Later on, it was presented to the Cathedral of the Annunciation. Venerated here, the Icon of Kazan received renown when many who were blind regained their sight. In honor of Our Lady and the Child Jesus the central focus of the holy relic, a feast day was canonically established and set to be July 21st. Throughout the years, the Icon of Our Lady of Kazan became symbol the of Russian belief in God. To this day, it is Russias most valued religious treasure, and the symbol of this country's return to Christ.
Then... midmorning March 1, 1993,
the custodian of the Icon of Kazan was summoned to the Fatima sanctuary, |
Through trickery and deceit, the suspected Communist, "Bishop" Hnilica and his illegally ordained priests walked out of the Domus Pacis Hotel with the holy Icon of Kazan in a briefcase.
We have been informed that , and that they know nothing about its removal or its current whereabouts.
"Bishop" Hnilica stole the Icon of Kazan under the guise of promising to return it to Russia. It has since disappeared. Hnilica came from a Communist country. Many well-informed Catholics believe he was never ordained to be a priest or a bishop. Reportedly, he merely showed up one day in Rome, and claimed that he was ordained a bishop in the "underground Church". No authentication of this ordination has ever been produced. Because of this and other sundry behaviors, many believe Hnilica was (and still remains) a Communist spy. The Italian Police have been investigating him on a serious subvertive matter for over four years.
In summation, what are the facts of this sorry situation?
Where then is the Icon of Kazan?
What right did the Blue Army have to give it away? Who knows where it is? Why would the Blue Army give it to a Bishop with no diocese and no authority from Rome? Who is it that is trying to steal the power of God?
Whether you can answer any of these questions or not is immaterial. We invite one and all to come to Our Lady's defense and her fight for the children of God. May we collectively get to the bottom of this crime, expose the perpetrators and return the holy Icon of Kazan to its rightful place among the Russian faithful.
