No charity (Love) without Justice
Richard Salbato 8-21-2010
Over the
doors of every Diocesan Tribunal Office in the world are the words in Latin, “There
is no charity without justice.” The
bottom line reason for Canon Law is to organize and run the operations of the
Church in a truthful, loving and just way.
The Church has done a good job in setting down the rules for this
justice, but in actions it has done a horrid job. From my early life in the Church I have seen
injustice in the Church even if at the time I did not understand the depth of
the problem.
I saw great
priests shipped of to remote mountain towns with small parishes simply because
they were great, orthodox priests. I saw the greatest priest with the largest
parish in the diocese shipped off to an Indian parish with only six families
attending mass - this because he wanted to get rid of the nuns that were
teaching heresy in his parish school. In
my own parish I has a pastor who was keeping a second
home that no one knew about and had a young boy staying there who he was having
sex with. When it was exposed, the
diocese tried to cover up the story, and shipped him off to paid retirement.
I watched the
law charge to retire priest at the age of 65.
Before that no priest ever retired unless they were disabled. Even then they did whatsoever they
could. My blind priest friend hears 8
hours of confessions a day. I think the
reason for this change was simply to get ride of the older priests who do not
like the changes. In the mountains were
I live we have many retired priest and they are the best on the mountain. Many go to their retired houses to attend
mass and go to confession. The Church
complains about a shortage of priests and yet they have tens of thousands who
want to work but are not allowed to.
I did not
know it at the time but the seminary in my diocese became so homosexual you
could not last a year in the seminary if you were not gay. When a friend of mine wanted to expose this,
his life was threatened by unknown people, and he was threatened with
excommunication.
I sent my
children to a
Church did everything possible to silence me and I got no justice in the Church
until I went to the news media. I got
all them fired and excommunicated but only after going to the secular press.
I could have
written this thirty years ago, but I find it very hard
to speak against my Church, which I know is the body of Christ, and is pure and
holy. Although I know that the people in
it are not all holy, it is hard to convince people that the people and the
Church are not the same thing. No sin enters the Church but divides us from
the Church, this includes the sins of bishops and even
the pope.
In the last
few months I have learned about new injustices done by the church to old and
holy priests, that have made my silence sinful. An 85 year old priest was falsely accused of
something (I know the details of this case very well) and he wanted to go to
the tribunal for justice. Because this monastery
did not want the publicity of a trial, they told him that if he asked for
justice and to protect his reputation they would send him out of the monastery
to the street where he would become homeless and probably starve to death - no SSI for these
older priests.
The cause of
all these millions of injustices is IMMAGE VS. JUSTICE.
From the pope
on down to the parish the Church has felt that protecting the image of the
Church is the right thing to do so they even sacrifice the justice of people
for what they think is the greater good of the Church. This is very, very wrong. Even the Church, herself, teaches that you
cannot do evil that good can come of it.
Injustice is
evil.
Pope Pius X
(feast today) said, “Peace without justice is not peace.” So even in matters of peace or war, justice
is the most important element of love.
Most Catholics know the story of Father
O'Connor sought
the advice of a Canon Lawyer, Fr Alfred Kunz. Fr. Kunz was brutally murdered in
a ritualistic fashion after assisting in the investigation of a satanic
pedophile cult connected to the priesthood.
In the summer
of 1991,
O'Connor exemplifies the fate of the true Catholic today.

Why did Fr. Marcial Maciel Degollado, the founder of the
Legion of Christ get away with sex,
drug and money crimes for so many years? Protecting the image of the Church!
Why did “Father”
brother Gino get away with stigmata fraud, drug crimes and money theft for so
many years? Protecting the image of the Church!
Why did Rome
refuse to come to the aid of Contemplative Sisters of the Indwelling Trinity when they were kicked out
overnight of the Monastery they founded and built, right into the street with
no where to go? Protecting the image of the Church!
Why does the Church avoid
talking about the sexual charges against the founder of Life Teen and still
allow these classes in their churches? Protecting
the image of the Church!
Why does the Church not
give guidance on false mystics and apparitions, that
bring in money to the Church but also line the pockets of seers. Protecting
the image of the Church!
Why is it that
Of
course this was a grave mistake because the crimes committed in the dioceses
have driven the Orthodox away even more, especially in the Mass, which is most
important to the Orthodox.
You have a
false unity when you pretend that sin and virtue can live together. “I will
overlook the sin so that we stay friends.”
This is the sign of the times starting with a book in the early Sixties “I’m
OK, your OK”. The essence of this book
is to not judge no matter what. This is
not what Christ taught. He wants us to reprimand
the sinner, to weed out the unrepentant sinner from our unity. He wants a pure unity of virtue and doctrine
and not a false unity that sees no evil.
The Church has
lost its image by trying to hide its sins.
The only way it will ever regain its image is to weed out the
unrepentant sinners and clean out the cancer.
It will never be considered loving until it puts justice first.
Isolate the
people who can expose the sins. Shut
them off from all conversation. Do not
let anyone talk to them, and you hide your own sins. This is not justice

For those who want more info on the injustice done
to Father O’Conner and the great work of Randy
Engel to expose these injustices read on:
Father O’Conner
tried to expose infiltration of Masons into the Church
Father O’Conner
quoted Rabbi M. L. Rodkinson, The Babylonian
Talmud, vol. 10:
"The
Talmud is the written form of that which, in the time of Jesus, was called,'The Traditions of the Elders" and to which he
makes frequent allusions."
Also, reference
in same book to: "In 1280 A. D. a further development of Talmudic thought,
The 'Zohar' or Book of Splendor,
appeared. This was known as the Cabal, or tradition. It was based on two things
(1) generation, or fertility rites, as the most sacred word in the new
instructions, which of course also became the "G" in Masonic symbols.
And (2) the precept that
Fr. said
that the religion of Masonic communism was pagan naturalism or "Modernism"and that it will succeed in taking over all
religions on earth for a One-World Religion of a One-World Order. That
ultimately one man who is Biblically known as the 'Antichrist' will take seat
of power as its god.
'The
Antichrist' was a profound speech made in 1986. He heavily referenced
Scripture, both the Old and New Testaments and the writings of the Early Church
Fathers. Fr. O'Connor stated that," General Douglas MacArthur was ordered
to withdraw by President Harry Truman because our government did not want us to
wipe out Communism, in fact we did everything in our power to help it
along." He stated also that MacArthur was, "Subsequently smeared in the Press because he
got too close to exposing the men in our government who were communists."
O'Connor cited
many names such as Harry Hopkins assistant to FDR, stating he gave the Kremlin
plans for the 'A' Bomb, the materials to build it and the building materials to
construct the place to build it in. The latter being accomplished under the
'Lend-Lease Agreement' that was later hailed in the Press as what helped us win
the war. Fr John stated "... the only real winner of WW2 was Communist
Russia."

The content of
one such document is described here briefly.
"Economic
and psychological weapons rather than the launching of a third world war
comprise the current Communist program for world conquest, General Albert C. Wedemeyer warned in a consultation with the Committee on
Un-American Activities".
Fr. John
continued in this one homily to cite the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx
urging his listeners to read a copy from their local library. He refers to the
'Planks of Communism" listed therein, telling the listener he will see
that it was Marx who first came up with the idea of a Central Bank, a Federal
Income Tax and the substitution of paper money for gold and silver which have
intrinsic value. He adds that Franklin Roosevelt took gold from us in 1932 and
the paper note replaced silver under Richard Nixon in 1971.
The
paper note being nothing more than an
He affirmmed that the most
likely owners are the International Bankers and their families whose names he
also gave. One of the names he mentioned was that of Armand Hammer whose
connection to Al Gore I found startling, especially since he is so linked to
the politics of climate control.

The methodology
used by the Masonic Communists to implement the NWO included the destruction of
morality, family and religion. O'Connor said that, 'Women's Equality' was also
a 'Plank' of Marx's Communist Manifesto.
